If requesting clinical support, please allow 24 hours for our staff to review your patient.
A complete report must be ran. Do not forget to provide the patient’s name and date of birth.

Missing Test Results?

If your patient has gone to the lab for the blood draw or mailed their hair specimen, and the  results have not yet posted, please log a support request. Make sure it has been at least 3 business days since your patient had the blood draw or 7 business days since the hair specimen was mailed before submitting an inquiry. Porivde the patient’s name and date of birth in the body of the message.

If you fail to create the patient file before the results return, you will need to submit an inquiry to have us manually post their results. Please click the above Support Inquiry and provide the patient’s name and date of birth.
We recommend creating the patient file BEFORE the patient goes to the lab.
