Labcorp discontinued test code 823430 – Omega Check effective 04/25/25. The replacement is the Fatty Acid Balance Test from Boston Heart Diagnostics IS NOW AVAILABLE TO ORDER and is now part of our LabCorp Advanced Cardiac Panel.
