“Due to severe winter weather across the United States, FedEx has issued a National Service Disruption resulting in significant shipping delays. As a result, some test kits are arriving at our laboratory later than expected due to weather-related transit delays.

Unfortunately, these delays have led to extended transport times and exposure to freezing temperatures. Some samples have arrived frozen or compromised and do not meet the quality standards required for reliable testing. To ensure result integrity, Doctor’s Data must cancel affected test orders that experienced unacceptable transport conditions.
